Cereals

Among the products of our Salvatore Carvelli organic farm in Mesoraca, there are wheat and other types of cereals grown by us with a view to sustainable development that respects the quality of the soil.

Our cereals grow in a controlled, ideal environment and without undergoing phytosanitary treatments.

Zero km agriculture that allows us to guarantee the consumer an entirely Italian product to be transformed into refined and wholemeal flours of a high quality level, which are best suited to preparations of all kinds.
